These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and UdinSlot ("UdinSlot", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at udinslot.cam. • "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using a Bonus Balance before that balance — or a portion of it — becomes eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as rollover or turnover.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.

• "FPX" means Financial Process Exchange, a Malaysian online payment scheme facilitating direct bank transfers.

• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on UdinSlot, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all casino-style gambling activities on the Platform, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to markets including Malaysia.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Single Account: You must not already hold an active Account on UdinSlot. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either placed by you through UdinSlot's responsible gambling tools or imposed by the Platform.

UdinSlot reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Account Registration & Security

When registering an account on UdinSlot, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and a valid Malaysian contact number or email address. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. UdinSlot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with any third party.
• Do not allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• Notify UdinSlot's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

UdinSlot reserves the right to verify account information at any stage. Where verification is required, you will be prompted to complete the KYC process by submitting a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad / IC, passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Terms of Use

By using the UdinSlot Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. Access to the Platform is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform beyond those expressly set out herein.

You agree that:

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits made via FPX and DuitNow are credited instantly to your account balance.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which varies by coin (typically 1–3 confirmations).
• UdinSlot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational considerations.
• All withdrawal requests require completion of the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for FPX and DuitNow. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times.
• UdinSlot reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or the account has not been previously verified.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted unless all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses on UdinSlot unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine players only. Bonus abuse — including exploiting promotional terms, creating multiple accounts, or employing strategies designed to remove bonus risk — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10% of wager value). Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• The maximum permitted stake when playing with an active bonus is RM20 per spin or bet unless otherwise specified. Stakes in excess of this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus being voided.

• UdinSlot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the change.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the UdinSlot Platform are supplied by third-party game studios and operate on certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random, independent, and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates across a large number of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Actual RTP in any individual play session may differ significantly from the published figure.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the result of the interrupted round will be determined by the game server log. UdinSlot's decision in such matters is final.
• Where a game is found to have operated with a material error in its RTP or pay table configuration, UdinSlot reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the corresponding wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the UdinSlot Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate promotional offers, or using automated betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements risk-free.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards UdinSlot staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

All content on the UdinSlot Platform — including but not limited to the UdinSlot logo, brand identity, website design, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of UdinSlot or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any UdinSlot intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from UdinSlot.

Game content displayed on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studio suppliers and is licensed to UdinSlot for display purposes only. All third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform (including Malaysian payment brand names such as Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX) remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UdinSlot's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their UdinSlot account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

UdinSlot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where UdinSlot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• UdinSlot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for loss caused by temporary unavailability, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• UdinSlot is not responsible for any loss of data, winnings, or game progress caused by a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or third-party payment processor error.
• Nothing in this clause limits UdinSlot's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by UdinSlot's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

UdinSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time and without prior notice where UdinSlot has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or has requested self-exclusion;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to UdinSlot.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, UdinSlot reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances. Real Money Balances deposited by the Player will be returned to the original payment method following the completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting UdinSlot's support team at [email protected]. Real Money Balances will be returned to the account holder following the standard withdrawal process and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which UdinSlot holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, UdinSlot will first endeavour to resolve the matter through direct communication with the Player.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact UdinSlot's support team in the first instance. UdinSlot will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through internal channels, the Player may have recourse to the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by UdinSlot's licensing authority.

For Malaysian players: you acknowledge that the Malaysian courts may or may not have jurisdiction over claims arising from your use of this Platform, and you accept that your primary recourse in the event of an unresolved dispute is through the Platform's international licensing body's complaint process.

Amendments to These Terms

UdinSlot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively alters your rights or obligations as a Player — UdinSlot will provide not less than 14 days' prior notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-site notification before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substance, or changes required by applicable law or regulatory guidance with immediate effect) may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any material amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change and withdraw any outstanding Real Money Balance.
